SoloCheck Overview and EU Accessibility Statement
SoloCheck provides a fast and easy way to purchase information on Irish companies and Registered Business Names. Our focus is the Irish market, but we have reports for the UK and international countries too. You can also access background reports on individuals, which check against five negative data sources along with Company Directorship and Business Owner information.
To Start:
- Search for the company or business here, or search for a person here.
- View limited free information as a logged-out visitor.
- Once you’ve selected the correct listing, add reports or documents to your basket.
To purchase:
- Create an account, or log into your existing account. You will need to agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Choose whether you’re using the service in a personal or business capacity.
- Provide the required details and create a secure password.
- At checkout, enter your payment details. Your report will usually be emailed to you within a minute and will also be saved under “My Documents” tab.
What’s in a Full Company Report?
- Company name, status, and registered office address.
- Director and secretary details.
- Mortgages, charges, and list of available documents.
CRO Scanned Documents
We have over 19 million scanned documents in PDF format, but they may not all be machine readable. Newer documents have a higher chance of being machine readable.
If you are unsure if a document that you wish to purchase is screen-readable, then reach out to our support team who will be happy to
assist.
Additional Reports Available:
- Our Irish Credit Report includes Profit & Loss data (when available), up to five years of Balance Sheet data from the Financial Statement, a Credit Score between zero and one hundred (0 = poor, 100 = strong), and a recommended Maximum Credit Limit for business purposes.
- UK Company Reports and UK Company Credit Reports are also available, with similar detail.
- International Company Credit Reports for countries outside Ireland and the UK. The cost for these is higher, and the contents varies depending on the market.

Support for reading, writing, and visual impairments.
Services are engineered to be compatible with screen readers. All visual content, images, and required interactions are read aloud electronically to provide impaired customers with the information needed to use the service and if needed operate by voice instructions. Examples include VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), and JAWS (Windows). SoloCheck service/s are designed to work seamlessly with these assistive technologies. Initial use of readers may require practice to be effective. Device-specific screen reader tutorials are also available.Multisensory information
Primary information is provided via text. Critical images are supported by ('alt text'). Essential video content is supported by captions and transcripts to ensure full understanding. Digital forms feature clear, linked labels, and provide accessible error identification (including screen reader messages) and actionable correction suggestions, enhancing usability for all.
