SoloCheck Overview and EU Accessibility Statement

SoloCheck provides a fast and easy way to purchase information on Irish companies and Registered Business Names. Our focus is the Irish market, but we have reports for the UK and international countries too. You can also access background reports on individuals, which check against five negative data sources along with Company Directorship and Business Owner information.

To Start:

To purchase:

  • Create an account, or log into your existing account. You will need to agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  • Choose whether you’re using the service in a personal or business capacity.
  • Provide the required details and create a secure password.
  • At checkout, enter your payment details. Your report will usually be emailed to you within a minute and will also be saved under “My Documents” tab.

What’s in a Full Company Report?

  • Company name, status, and registered office address.
  • Director and secretary details.
  • Mortgages, charges, and list of available documents.

CRO Scanned Documents

We have over 19 million scanned documents in PDF format, but they may not all be machine readable. Newer documents have a higher chance of being machine readable.
If you are unsure if a document that you wish to purchase is screen-readable, then reach out to our support team who will be happy to assist.

Additional Reports Available:

  • Our Irish Credit Report includes Profit & Loss data (when available), up to five years of Balance Sheet data from the Financial Statement, a Credit Score between zero and one hundred (0 = poor, 100 = strong), and a recommended Maximum Credit Limit for business purposes.
  • UK Company Reports and UK Credit Reports are also available, with similar detail.
  • International Company Credit Reports for countries outside Ireland and the UK. The cost for these is higher, and the contents varies depending on the market.
